We believe the Church Starts International Program is God given, plain, simple and economical, and that it will work anywhere in the world that our Baptist people choose to take it.
1. The IMB missionary coordinates the program overseas,
2. The nationals implement the program,
3. The SBC local church, led by the Pastor, takes people from the pews on mission to energize and encourage Bible Study and church starting efforts,
4. And Church Starts International provides the material, principles, methods, expertise, and service.
